Rajiv Fernandez, RA, is a licensed architect in the state of New York and is currently freelancing. His professional portfolio ranges from Brooklyn's Barclays Center (SHoP Architects) to a bespoke bar in Omaha and to a bachelor pad in NYC. While at Tamarkin Co. he specialized in residential design and was the lead architect for projects at 10 Sullivan, 550 W. 29th St., and 555 West End Ave.

Rajiv is also an illustrator and you can see his work over at Lil' Icon, where he draws attention.

Rajiv currently lives (and laughs) in Brooklyn.
